Prior to heading the kitchen at Cove99, Chef Pang was Executive Chef at Chin Huat Live Seafood Restaurant and held many positions with Tung Lok, Legend Fort Canning, Jade Fullerton to name a few.
Outside the kitchen, Chef Pang serves as the Culinary Research & Development Leader for the Huo Yow Cooks’ Association (Singapore).
