Golden Village Shareholders

Golden Village, a joint venture company between Australia's Village Roadshow Limited and Orange Sky Golden Harvest of Hong Kong, combines the competitive advantages of two entertainment giants through:
- The management, operational and marketing skills of Village Roadshow Limited.
- The broad depth of experience of Orange Sky Golden Harvest in both film distribution and production throughout Asia.

Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment (Holdings) Limited ("OSGH", or the "Group") is the world´s premier Chinese language film entertainment company primarily engages in film production, financing, distribution and exhibition. By the end of 2011, the Group operates 58 multiplexes with collectively 440 screens across the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore and is a leading distributor in its operating territories.

Previously known as "Golden Harvest", the legendary Asian filmmaker was co-founded by Mr. Raymond Chow, Mr. Leonard Ho Koon-cheung and Mr. Leung Fung in 1970 and has been listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (KKSE: 1131) since 1994. Mr. Wu Kebo became the Group's single largest shareholder through Orange Sky Entertainment Group (International) Holding Company Limited in 2007. The Group was renamed as "Orange Sky Golden Harvest" with effect from August 2009.

Since it's establishment, the Group has produced and financed over 600 movies and has led the wave of almost all the film genres and trends. The Group is the first Chinese film producer that has successfully entered into Hollywood with sustainability. The brand name of "Golden Harvest" and quality films are synonyms. "The Invincible Eight" and "Shaolin Boxer", the Group's renowned movies, have led a trend for martial arts movies which then reached the summit after Bruce Lee's joining as the leading star of the films of "The Big Boss", "Fist of Fury", "The Chinese Connection", "Enter the Dragon", "Return of the Dragon" and "Game of Death". With Jackie Chan's "Young Master", it started a golden era for martial arts comedy in the 70s while the "Police Story" also kicked off a new wave of contemporary action comedy in the 80s.

In the 90s, "The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" tapped the "Golden Harvest" brand name into the international market again. The studio took action to new heights when it brought the first Hong Kong movie to mainstream America with the release of "Rumble In The Bronx" in 1996. The film beat all its Hollywood competitors to open top of the box office and catapulted Jackie Chan to Hollywood fame. Internationally-renowned directors such as John Woo, Tsui Hark, Stanley Tong, Sammo Hung as well as great movie stars such as Chow Yun-fat, Andy Lau, Stephen Chow, Maggie Cheung and Michelle Yeoh have, at one time or another, been the Group's talented assets.

In 1977, the Group opened it's first cinema in Hong Kong. Since then, the Group has committed to provide the best theatrical experience to audiences. Today OSGH owns a cinema circuit that transcends geographical boundaries, a reward to it's three decades of persistent to the theatrical exhibition industry.

Village Roadshow is recognised as a leading cinema exhibitor in Australia; few however are aware of the breadth of our cinema network or the diversity of our media and entertainment assets.

Today, Village Roadshow operates core businesses in Cinema, Movie Production, Film Distribution, Radio, and Theme Parks. While creating strong and diverse earnings streams, these businesses are also complementary, targeting a similar customer demographic (under 40 years old) and providing significant cross-promotional opportunities. In Film, Village Roadshow is a major movie producer and distributor as well as operating one of the world's leading cinema exhibition circuits. In cinema exhibition, Village has exported its expertise to the world, developing cinema circuits in countries as diverse as Singapore, Greece and the United Kingdom. In movie production, the company is one of the most successful independent producers in Hollywood with recent successes including The Matrix Reloaded, Cats & Dogs, Training Day and Oceans Eleven.

In Australia, Village Roadshow through it's majority owned Austereo, operates the country's premier radio networks, Triple M and Today. Village Roadshow, along with Warner Bros. also operates the popular Theme Parks; Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet 'n' Wild Water Park on Queensland's Gold Coast.
