Four Seasons Durians had its humble beginnings as a fresh fruit stall along Thomson Road in the 1970s. About Underwater World Singapore

An institution in interactive learning of underwater critters since 1991, Underwater World Singapore is a family-friendly oceanarium that introduces guests to life below the sea. Explore the aquarium’s 10 exhibits that begin with its interactive zones allowing one to touch and watch aquatic antics up close. Amid a landscape of verdant flora is where one will find the spacious aquarium, built with state-of-the-art facilities that afford a closer encounter to these creatures of lore as they pull off aquatic and aerial moves. After enduring a series of struggles back in 1999, Jing Long Seafood has since gained a steady stream of patrons through perseverance and hard work, reeling customers in with signature dishes like Hong Kong-style pork ribs, caipo tofu, ya fang, sea cucumber with duck, and salted egg crabs. The star dish of the night was Lobster Porridge (2 lobsters weighing about 1kg and cost about $98). The broth was HEAVENLY and SO ADDICTIVE that I cannot stop drinking it although I was already quite full by the time this dish arrived.
