PepeNero is a restaurant specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, serving dishes like Mediterranean Seafood soup marinara, squid ink spaghetti, Lobster linguine, beetroot risotto with fontina cheese, and more using only crisp fresh ingredients. Raju has been working for Pepenero since it’s opening and is a face whom many of our regular guests are familiar with. He has more than 8  years of experience in the hospitality business since graduating from F&B school. He is not afraid of getting his hands dirty and being on the ground himself when it comes to service, like what he said ” restaurant management experience only comes with time. The more experience one has, the better seasoned one is. The more I learn about the restaurant, the more valuable I will become – not only to myself, but to my company”
