About LeNu
Roughly translated from Chinese to mean “happy cow”, LeNu - a dining concept of Paradise Group - brings a slurp of Taiwanese street food to the shores of Singapore.
The eatery specialises in only one item; braised beef noodles comprised of an authentic beef broth, three types of speciality noodles, premium well-marbled beef, and their signature secret dipping sauce - freshly prepared each morning without using MSG. Emblematic of a noodle bar, rustic wooden tables and low hanging bulbs complement the no-frills ethos of the restaurant, with chefs dishing up side dishes such as chilled tofu with century egg, chilled preserved cucumbers, and sauteed tang-o to accompany the soupy main course.
Foodies and hungry humans may obtain their bovine fix at either one of the restaurant’s two outlets at Vivocity and Bugis Junction.

The portions for the beef noodles were generous with thick slices or chunks of beef. The beef was well-seasoned and tender. The soups were rich and flavourful but not overpowering. The soup with pickled cabbage has an interesting sour twist to it. Both the broad noodles and thin noodles had nice texture with the right springiness. – Jun 22, 2014
