Whether it’s a 5 piece of fresh cut sashimi, or a decadently indulgent dessert of cream and fruit, Sun with Moon promises to whet appetites, entice taste buds and most importantly, satisfy rumbling bellies around the table.

Indulge in a selection of fresh sushi and sashimi which have been prepared with skill by chefs working under the talented Chef Toshio Sawai. Seafood savourers get the chance to get their fish fill with a fresh from-the-sea, sushi indulgence. Fill figures to the brim with crowd pleasers Sushi Rolls which come in a variety of palate-pleasing flavours.

Sink teeth into the Crispy Shrimp Avocado Roll (4pcs $10.50, 8pcs $20) which combines the crunchy texture of breaded prawn and smooth slices of avacado for a textural gastronomic experience. The Spicy Aburi Salmon Roll (4pcs $8.90, 8pcs $16.80) is a firm fan favourite; layers of crab, avocado and asparagus are covered with flame-seared salmon, encouraging shrieks of oishii to be heard around the restaurant.

For gastronomic adventures of a non-savoury agenda, Sun with Moon’s cafe is equally renowned for its menu of delicately crafted sweets and desserts. Cool your taste buds with a serving of Matcha Parfait ($9.80), the distinctly Japanese dessert of green tea ice cream bedecked with corn flakes, green tea jelly and rice dumplings. Retrait Having a soft spot for sushi rolls, next up was Salmon Pink Dragon Roll ($13.80) - crabmeat and cucumber roll wrapped with salmon. Fulfilling to the sight, smell and taste. It was nicely presented with a fusion air, one could smell the seaweed and lemon slice, and the whole works is just a burst of pleasure in the mouth. Everything about this roll was great. Special mentions go to the crisp fresh seaweed and the unusual touch of lemon slice between the roe and the salmon. I love it when restaurants pay attention to tiny details, elevates the entire dining experience."
